Forecast is for rain showers most of the day with a high of 68.
I hope to reach Santa Fe tonight, and that would be a day ahead of schedule However, it all depends upon the wind and elevation change.
Right now the wind is gusty from the SW and light rain is falling.

Hey brother,
How about telling the folks in New Mexico to send the rain our way, we are as dry as a bone here in the Cincinnati area. A severe drought is what they are calling it and they are right. I haven't cut grass since late May . The trees are losing their brown, dried leaves rapidly and everything seems lifeless and barren. Temperature right now is 92 degrees and the relative humidity is 30 percent. That sounds like New Mexico weather to me. This summer's weather has been bad, to say the least. Anyway the photo of overcast skies and rain falling is beautiful. What I wouldn't give for a nice cool, rainy day! Enjoy the wonderful vistas of New Mexico.
