Dennis,
It was an extreme pleasure to meet you on the side of SR-62 in between 29-Palms and Yucca Valley. Glad to see you were just taking a break and not fixing a flat tire. Good luck of the rest of your dream journey.

Howdy, Dennis!
Each day is an absolute THRILL to read and see what you've been up to. Many have said it, but it's wonderful to be able to live vicariously through you - and feel so inspired! Your words and photos are a highlight of each day. You'd love to see how many people I "catch" here at work reading your blog. Then we laugh and discuss our favorite entries and photos. What a HOOT when you stopped at Bashas' and found our L & B fresh soups! For you, I wish your adventure would never end. For us, we can't wait to see you! If you can, pencil in late Friday afternoon, Oct. 26, for a get-together of some kind. More later!

Continued best wishes on your fantastic journey!

Your pal - Brigitte!

Dude,

The pictures are great - especially the one with all the ladies - are you trying to make Cathy jealous? You're cracking me up. It is so great that you are in California and pedaled over 100 miles in one day - congratulations - what an accomplishment. Enjoy the rest of your ride, I'm sure this week will go fast and it will be over before you know it.

Keep up the good work - you're almost there.

Den...........the biggest question on all our minds is this......

What are we all going to be reading after your trip is over? YOu will be back to life in MN and we won't have your adventure to follow anymore!!

congrats on making it to California!!

Love,
Beth

Big Boy,

Beth is right - there will be a void in my daily routine when I cannot read your blog. I think of Friday and am so happy for Cathy. The love of her life has been away far too long. As for you Big Brother - I love you and am soo
darn proud.

Love
Denise
